Easy breakfast for kids

Easy breakfast for kids

1. Egg pancakes

1. Add a little salt to the flour 2. Add appropriate amount of milk to the eggs 3. Add appropriate amount of oil 4. Mix well 5. Pour the milk and egg liquid into the flour and stir into a batter. 6. Chop the green onion and take appropriate amount of dried radish. 7. Do not put oil in the pot, mix the batter evenly, turn on the fire, and use high heat throughout the whole process. Sprinkle the chopped green onion before the batter is formed. When the batter is formed, turn it over and continue frying. You can turn it over repeatedly. The surface of the pancake will look better when it is a little browned. Spread the sauce on one side, sprinkle with chopped green onions and dried radish, and stack them up.

2. Thick Egg Roll

Ingredients: 5 eggs (I used local eggs, if you want bigger eggs, 4 eggs will be enough) and green onions 1. Beat the eggs, add the chopped green onions and a little salt, and mix well; 2. Put a little bit of oil in the frying pan, as long as the bottom of the pan is covered with oil. After the pan is hot, pour in the egg liquid and turn on low heat; 3. When the edges are a little cooked, you can try to roll it up; 4. After rolling, fry it in the pan on low heat again. If a toothpick is inserted and it does not stick, it is fully cooked. Just take it out, cut it all and put it on the plate!

3. Egg Sandwich

1. Take a piece of white toast and use a knife to separate the hard outer skin from the core, being careful not to cut the skin. 2. Slice the ham, cucumber or other vegetables. 3. Put oil in a frying pan, put the toast crust into the pan when it is 50% hot, beat the egg into the empty space in the middle of the crust, add a small amount of salt, put ham and cucumber slices on it, then cover it with white toast and press it down slightly. 4. When the bottom becomes hard and fragrant, turn it over and fry the other side over medium-low heat until fragrant. Remove from the pan, cut diagonally into triangles and serve.

4. Shredded Radish Omelet

Ingredients: half a white radish, an egg, 60g flour, some oil, some salt, 2 shallots, some white pepper, a little chicken essence, some water. Peel the radish, wash it, and shred it. Add a little salt and marinate for a few minutes. Wash the shallots and cut them into chopped green onions. Squeeze out the water from the pickled radish, but don't squeeze it too dry. Add flour, eggs, chopped green onions, a little salt, chicken essence, and white pepper to the shredded radish. Add some water, not too much or too little, and stir into a paste. Pour oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, scoop a spoonful of batter and spread it flat. Fry on medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown. Put the fried pancake on oil-absorbing paper to absorb excess grease and you can eat it. It tastes delicious.
