How to cook pork ribs and bitter gourd

1. Prepare the necessary materials. (The ribs are already chopped when you buy them)

2.1 Cut into triangles.

3.2 Wash the bitter gourd, cut it in half, and use a small spoon to scoop out the melon follicles inside.

4.1 Wash the ribs, put them into the pan and dry-fry them (without adding oil) until the water is dried up and serve.

5.2 Cut garlic and ginger into slices.

6.1 Add the pork ribs and stir-fry for a while.

7.2 Heat oil in a new pan, add garlic and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

8.1 Then add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. (The water and pork ribs should be equal)

9.2 Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and white wine.

10. Add the bitter gourd.

11. After boiling, cover the pot and simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

12. Simmer until the bitter gourd becomes soft and tasty. When the soup becomes thick, add chicken essence to season and turn off the heat.
