10. Take a piece of dumpling skin and put the filling in

11. At the corresponding position, fold up the four corners and pinch them tightly

12.Pinch the long end with your right hand, and push the middle of the long end with your left hand to form the cow's nostril.

13. Use the opposite side as the horn and the remaining two sides as the ears. Pinch the circumference to the base of the horn.

14. Put black sesame seeds in front of the ears.

15. After the water is boiled, put the ox head dumplings into the pot and steam for 5 minutes
