How to make crab and potato casserole

First, clean the crab shell with clean water and a toothbrush, insert chopsticks into the crab's mouth, shake the chopsticks a few times, and the crab will be dead after a few minutes... When everything is done, press the crab's left large claw and small claw with the back of a knife (^_^), use your right hand to pry open the crab shell, remove the inedible parts, break the crab in half, and marinate it with pepper, rice wine, and salt for a few minutes. Dip the part with crab roe in starch to wrap the crab roe and prevent it from flowing out. Pour more oil into the hot pan, heat it to 70%, put the crab in and fry it until it turns red, then take it out. Leave a little oil in the pot, add ginger, garlic, cinnamon, star anise, and dried red pepper to sauté until fragrant, add bean paste and stir-fry, then put the crab back into the pot, add a whole packet of cooking wine (you can also add a little more water), potatoes, a little light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, cover and continue cooking over high heat. When the soup is a little less, add pepper and a little salt, stir-fry and leave the soup. Sprinkle with scallion segments, thicken the soup in the pot with starch and pour the sauce over it.

Ingredients: 2 swimming crabs, 1 pound of prawns, 0.5 pound of chicken feet, tofu, rice cake, potatoes, winter melon, cabbage

Accessories: seafood soy sauce, oyster sauce, spicy and fresh, chicken essence

Steps for making crab meat and chicken feet stew:

1. Cut the toes of the chicken feet and chop them up. Put them in a pot and boil until the water boils. Add cooking wine and cook for a while.

4. Add oil to the pan, add chicken feet and shrimp, stir-fry, add bean paste and oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, and green onion. If you want it spicy, add a few dried chilies. Add some light soy sauce after coloring. Then put the crab in and add some cooking wine. After the crab turns red, add boiling water and simmer on low heat for fifteen minutes. Add spicy and fresh soup, chicken essence (no need to add salt, the bean curd already has some salt, and the light soy sauce and spicy and fresh soup make it salty). Then put all the vegetables in, making sure to put the rice cake in last, otherwise it will easily stick to the pot. After the soup is thick, you can remove from the pot and add chopped green onions! The flavor is all in the soup. The soup with rice tastes so good. I ate one more bowl.
