How to make Roselle, Rosewood and Sago Soup

1. Prepare all the food.

2. Wash the lotus leaves, slice them, put them in boiling water, add the Roselle, boil over high heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Wash the pears, remove the cores and cut into small pieces.

5. Add to Roselle juice and boil.

8. Remove the tapioca pearls. Immerse in cold water.

9.Cook again, turn off the heat, and simmer for 2 minutes until the tapioca pearls become transparent.

10. Put the tapioca pearls into the Roselle soup bowl.
