2. Add oil to the pan, cut the frozen tofu into thick slices and fry until both sides are golden brown.

3. Generally speaking, it is fine as long as it is fried until it is slightly yellow. If it is fried too long, the tofu texture will be lost.

4. But my personal preference is to fry it longer and cook it until it is cooked. After frying, put it aside for later use.

5. Cut the garlic sprouts into sections and mince the ginger

6. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced meat and stir-fry until it is loose, then add the bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the minced ginger and garlic sprouts, stir-fry evenly, add a small amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat

7. Then add the fried tofu and stir-fry quickly, then turn to low heat.

8. Take another bowl, add sugar, starch, vinegar, MSG, chicken essence into the sauce and pour it into the pot and stir quickly.

9. Finally, sprinkle with pepper powder and mix well. The amount of salt depends on the situation, because there is salt in the bean paste, so if it is not a problem, there is no need to add more. I didn't put minced meat in it this time, but it tastes good with some.
