How to make daylily, bacon and winter melon soup

1. Ingredients: day lily (soaked), winter melon, bacon

2. Wash the soaked daylily.

3. Remove from the water and set aside.

4. Peel and wash the winter melon.

5. Place on a chopping board and cut into pieces for later use.

6. Place the bacon on a chopping board and cut into slices.

7. Next, put the cut bacon into a pot of water and bring to a boil.

8. Then, add the chopped winter melon and cleaned day lily, stir and bring to a boil, until the winter melon is cooked through and soft.

9.Finally, add appropriate amount of chicken essence.

10. Season and serve.

11. Dish out and put into a bowl.
