What vegetables contain high lead?

Most of the food nowadays has high nutritional value, and the elements contained in them are absorbed by our body. However, when eating, we should also pay attention to the fact that some foods contain lead. Lead-containing foods are bad for the body. Eating them can easily lead to diseases and terminal illnesses, and may even cause premature aging and premature Alzheimer's disease. Therefore, lead-containing foods including these need attention.

1. Lead-containing foods: Lead can significantly reduce the levels of norepinephrine, dopamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine in the brain, causing neuronal conduction block, memory loss, dementia, intellectual development disorders and other symptoms. If the human body ingests too much lead, it will directly damage the function of deoxyribonucleic acid, the genetic material in nerve cells, which will not only make people susceptible to dementia, but also make people look dull and age prematurely.

2. Pickled food: When pickling fish, meat, vegetables and other foods, the added salt is easily converted into nitrite. Under the catalytic action of enzymes in the body, it is easy to react with various substances in the body to generate imine-type carcinogens. People are prone to cancer if they eat too much, and it also causes premature aging of the body.

3. Moldy food: When grains, oils, peanuts, beans, meat, fish, etc. become moldy, a large number of pathogens and aflatoxin will be produced. Once these moldy foods are eaten by humans, they may cause mild symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, dizziness, blurred vision, irritability, enteritis, hearing loss and general weakness, and in severe cases, they may cause cancer and birth defects and premature aging.

4. Scale: Tea sets or water sets will produce scale after being used for a long time. If they are not cleaned in time, frequent drinking will cause diseases of the digestive, nervous, urinary, hematopoietic, circulatory and other systems and cause aging. This is because the scale contains more harmful metal elements such as cadmium, mercury, arsenic, aluminum, etc.

5. Peroxide lipid: Peroxide lipid is a peroxide of unsaturated fatty acid. For example, cooking oil used to fry fish, shrimp, meat, etc. will produce lipid peroxides after being left for a long time; dried fish and pickled meat that are exposed to the sun for a long time; biscuits, cakes, oil-tea noodles, oils, etc. that are stored for a long time, especially oils that are prone to producing a rancid smell, will produce lipid peroxides after the oils become rancid. Researchers have found that when peroxide lipids enter the human body, they will have a great destructive effect on the body's acid system and vitamins, and accelerate human aging.

6. High-temperature oil smoke: Under the catalysis of high temperature, cooking oil will release smoke containing butadiene. Long-term and large-scale inhalation of this substance will not only change a person's genetic immune function, but also make him or her susceptible to lung cancer. Rapeseed oil is more carcinogenic than peanut oil because the butadiene component released by rapeseed oil at high temperatures is 22 times higher than that of peanut oil.

7. Smoke: When harmful gases from fire, soot, cigarettes, and dust are inhaled into the lungs through the respiratory tract and penetrate into the blood, they will cause great harm to people. Especially for smokers, when they inhale smoke into their lungs, nicotine, tar and carbon monoxide provide conditions for the deposition of cholesterol, which can cause arteriosclerosis and accelerate aging.

8. Alcoholic beverages: Drinking large amounts or drinking frequently in life will cause alcohol poisoning in the liver, resulting in inflammation and swelling, leading to sperm deformity, sexual dysfunction, impotence, etc. in men; women will experience premature aging phenomena such as irregular menstruation, cessation of ovulation, loss of libido and even frigidity.
