How to make sizzling beef rolls with mixed vegetables

For many mothers, if their babies and loved ones eat healthily, they will get sick less often. Today, I will introduce to housewives a sizzling beef roll with mixed vegetables that is suitable for family consumption.

1. Wash and drain all kinds of vegetables; cut the thick part of the pepper into rings about 5 mm wide and remove the pepper seeds; grate the carrots; cut the coriander and green onions into strips about the same length as the width of the beef slices (it doesn’t need to be very thin, just cut the coriander into sections); press the garlic into minced garlic; slightly thaw the beef rolls

3.212 Take a piece of beef roll on the chopping board and lay it flat. Roll up the enoki mushrooms, carrot shreds, green onion shreds, and coriander segments at a time and roll it up tightly from one end. Then take a pepper ring and wrap it around the roll.

4. Heat the pan to medium heat, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and place the beef rolls in.

5. Fry both sides until browned

6. Cover the pot and continue to heat on low heat for 3-4 minutes (in order to heat the enoki mushrooms until they are cooked, this step can be omitted if the enoki mushrooms have been blanched and drained. The beef rolls can be served when they have changed color and are cooked)

7. At this time, you can heat the iron plate covered with tin foil

8. Be careful not to put coriander and green onion on the wooden tray after heating the iron plate.

9. At this time, the beef rolls in the pot are almost done. Turn off the heat and transfer the fried meat rolls to the iron plate and place them

10. Mix 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon steamed fish soy sauce and vegetable oil.

11. There will still be some oil in the pan for frying the beef rolls. Continue to heat it. Pour the mixed ingredients into the pan, stir-fry until fragrant, and then evenly distribute them on the fried beef rolls. (You can dice some peppers for garnish if you like. Colored peppers might look better, but I didn't have any on hand.)
