This kind of fried ice cream must control the time it stays in the oil pan, not too long, and it must be eaten as quickly as possible while it's hot, otherwise the ice cream inside will melt and it will not taste good.

This type of ice cream is usually made by frying the ice cream milk on an ice cream roll machine, then rolling it into several small rolls, and adding various ingredients (such as strawberries, mangoes, etc.) to make the beautiful ice cream rolls shown in the picture. At present, this kind of ice cream can be seen in some first- and second-tier cities in China. Of course, the price is definitely not cheap.

The base of this ice cream is made with a beaker, and then liquid nitrogen at minus 100 to 200 degrees is added.
