2. Marinate the chicken breast with cooking wine for a while. I used fried chicken powder, about three spoons of fried chicken powder, one spoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of salt, and one spoon of cooking oil, mix well and marinate for more than an hour.

3. Use bamboo sticks to skewer the meat. As the saying goes, practice makes perfect... It is recommended to skewer the lamb a little tighter, as lamb produces a lot of water and shrinks easily. If you like to eat something fatter, you can string a piece of fatter meat in the middle. Microwave the chicken skewers on high heat for 2 minutes, take them out and brush them with sauce (the chicken breast I mixed was light in flavor, so I brushed them with some of the sauce I made), turn them over and continue to heat on high heat for 2 minutes. The chicken breasts were not so dry after being brushed with sauce and then grilled. Cook the lamb on high heat for 3 minutes, take it out and pour out the soup in the plate, sprinkle with cumin seeds, turn it over and continue cooking on high heat for another three minutes.
