1. Cut the pineapple into pieces, then tap it lightly with the blade of a knife to mash the pineapple into puree for later use

2.1 Line the baking tray with tin foil, add a little oil, spread it, put in onion rings, marinated chicken breast (including soup and pineapple puree), green and red pepper rings and mozzarella cheese

3.2 Add salt to the pineapple puree, stir well, and marinate the chicken breast with the pineapple puree for about 10 minutes. Add soy sauce, honey, basil, aligno and thyme and marinate the chicken breasts for 5 minutes. Wash the green and red peppers, leaving the seeds in place, and cut into rings. Peel the onion and cut into rings

4. Place the dish in the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Then put on heat-insulating gloves and move the dish to the upper layer and bake at 250 degrees Celsius for 2 minutes.
