How to make milky yam pancakes

Modern people are under great pressure in life and work, so we must relieve stress in time. Among the methods of stress relief, the most common one is diet. If you often feel stressed, you might as well try making yourself a delicious meal. After eating it, you may find that the world has become different. So, let me tell you how to make milk-flavored yam pancakes.

1. Steam and peel the yam

2.121 Mix the yam paste with flour and salt, add whipped cream, and then add water as needed until it forms a clumping mass.

3.212 Use your hands or a rolling pin to mash the yam into a paste, making sure it is fine and ignoring the red husks.

4. Knead into a smooth and soft dough

5. Cover the container and let the sugar rise for about 20 minutes

6.1 Take a piece of dough, roll it into a round shape, flatten it and make it into a slightly thick sheet.

7.2 Divide into 8 to 10 even doses

8. Apply a thin layer of salad oil on the surface

9. Roll it into a strip along the long side

10. Roll it into a pancake and set aside. This step is to make the pancake crispy and layered. If you like single pancakes, you can skip this step.

11. Apply a small amount of salad oil on the work surface, roll the dough into a thickness of about 2 to 3 mm, and use a rolling pin to help put it into the heated pan.

12. No oil is needed on a non-stick pan or frying pan. Place it flat and bake on low heat for about 1 minute. Turn it over.

13. Bake until both sides are golden brown. If you like a crispy texture, you can delay the baking time. Keep the heat low and rotate the pancakes in the pan.
