1. Crispy Meat Pie

The main ingredients are 150 grams of low flour, 65 grams of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 60 grams of vegetable oil, 80 grams of water, 250 grams of minced pork, a little chopped green onion, minced ginger, a little salt, sugar, cooking wine, sesame oil, MSG, starch, pepper, etc. This dish is very delicious.

2. Required Raw Materials

150g low flour, 65g vegetable oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 60g vegetable oil, 80g water, 250g minced pork, a little chopped green onion and ginger, a little salt, sugar, cooking wine, sesame oil, MSG, starch, and pepper

3. Meat filling method

1. Mix the minced pork with salt, sugar, sesame oil, pepper, MSG, starch, etc.;

2. Add chopped green onion and minced ginger and mix well.

3. Specific practices

1. Knead the shortbread dough and the oil-water dough separately according to the amount of raw materials, cover with a wet cloth or plastic wrap or pot lid, and let it rest for 20 minutes;

2. Divide the dough into 8 small portions, make them into round pieces, cover with plastic wrap and let them rest for 10 minutes;

3. Take a piece of dough and flatten it with your palm, wrap it with a piece of dough and pinch the mouth tightly;

4. Turn the dough over with the seam facing downwards, flatten it with your hands, and make it into a long round shape;

5. Turn over again, roll up, and roll up all of them;

6. Take a roll and place it vertically, then roll it into a long strip;

7. Turn it over and roll it into a small roll;

8. Take a small roll and pinch the two ends to the middle with your hands, then press it flat (you can also slightly rub it);

9. Wrap the marinated meat filling;

10. Seal tightly with a pinch;

11. Place the sealed side down and press it slightly flat;

12. Brush a thin layer of vegetable oil on the non-stick pan;

14. Cover the pot and simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes;

15. Open the lid, turn the pancake over, and cover the pot for about 2 minutes;

16. To make the meat filling thoroughly cooked, you can use your hands to dip a little water, sprinkle it on the pancake, and then cover the pot;

17. Turn it over repeatedly until both sides are fried until golden brown.
