How to make Shanshui smooth tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Beat the eggs in a dish, add salt and mix well, then add twice the amount of warm water and continue to mix well, then filter through a sieve 3 times and let stand for 5 minutes

3. Soak the tofu in salt water for 10 minutes and cut into cubes. Smash the garlic and cut into cubes. Wash the coriander, onion and sweet peas and cut into cubes for later use.

4. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Cover the pot with the prepared egg mixture and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

5. Take out the steamed egg liquid and set aside

6. Heat the pan over high heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant

7. Add the sweet peas and stir-fry until cooked.

8. Then add tofu cubes, salt and chicken powder and stir-fry for 1 minute

9. Then sprinkle with coriander and chopped green onion, stir well and turn off the heat

10. Place the fried tofu on the steamed egg noodles and you’re done!
