1. How to make spinach omelet

Ingredients: spinach, eggs, flour

1. Wash and blanch the spinach, which can remove the oxalic acid in the spinach;

2. As shown in the picture, take out the blanched spinach, squeeze out the water and chop it for later use;

3. Add raw eggs, chopped spinach, a small amount of water, flour, a small amount of salt and black pepper into a bowl and mix well into a paste;

4. Brush oil in a frying pan or electric baking pan, pour in the mixed spinach and egg paste, spread evenly, fry on low heat until it is formed, circle it, and fry for a while until cooked.

2. Shrimp and Spinach Omelette

Ingredients: dried shrimp, flour, black sesame oyster powder, spinach, 2 eggs (only the yolk)

1. Prepare the ingredients. Blanch the spinach in hot water for about 1 minute (to remove the folic acid inside). Soak the dried shrimps, remove them, drain and chop them. Chop the spinach as well.

2. Add chopped spinach, chopped dried shrimp, 2 egg yolks, some flour to an empty bowl, then add a tablespoon of black sesame oyster powder and stir until it becomes a thick batter.

3. Turn on low heat to a non-stick pan, add appropriate amount of batter and shake the pan so that the batter completely covers the bottom of the pan, and fry slowly on low heat.

4. The bottom of the batter begins to slowly solidify and take shape. Turn it over to the other side and continue frying for one minute until it is cooked.

3. Salmon and spinach omelet

1. Prepare ingredients: 30g spinach, 30g salmon, 20g flour, 8g lemon, 1 egg

2.Cut salmon into small pieces.

3. Slice the lemon.

4. Place on the salmon puree and marinate for 10 minutes.

5.Blanche the spinach and chop.

6.Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until smooth. Add flour and mix well.

7. Add a little salt, add chopped spinach and salmon puree. Mix well

8. Brush a layer of oil, scoop a small spoonful of batter into the pan, and use a spatula to spread the batter into a circle.

9. Turn over after solidification.

10. Remove from the pan.
