How to make rapeseed sauce pork steamed dumplings

1. Put the flour into a container and slowly stir it into a cotton-like state with boiling water.

2. Knead into dough and add a little sugar.

3. Wash the rapeseed, blanch it in boiling water, take it out, cool it, squeeze out the water, and put it in a bowl for later use.

4. Place the blanched rapeseed on the chopping board, chop and mince for later use.

5. Cut the marinated meat into dices and chop the green onion and ginger into fine pieces for later use.

6. Put the marinated pork cubes, chopped green onion and ginger into a container, add the rapeseed chopped that has been squeezed dry, salt, five-spice powder, MSG, and dried shrimps.

7. Put the dough with sugar on the chopping board, roll it into long strips, cut into pieces, and roll out the dough.

8. Mix all the ingredients evenly and start making dumplings.

9. Put the wrapped dumplings into the steamer.

10. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes, take out and place on a plate.
