How to make pork and radish dumplings

If you want to make delicious food, you must prepare all the necessary ingredients, seasonings, and tableware. Of course, the most important thing is to control the heat. After preparing all this, we will start making pork and shredded radish dumplings.

1. Take out 1/3 of the flour and put it in another bowl

2. Slowly add boiling water (it’s better to add more if it’s not enough!)

3. Add water and stir until almost all the flour becomes flocculent.

4. Knead all the dough in the bowl, including some dry powder at the bottom. My dough is basically not sticky to your hands, so just knead it evenly.

5. I like to knead the dough on the chopping board until it is smooth and does not stick to my hands.

7. Add cold water to the remaining 2/3 flour

10. Add a little more water

12. Put it on the cutting board and knead it

13. Knead the dough until it is even and does not stick to your hands.

14. Kneaded dough

15. Put it together with the dough made with hot noodles

16. Knead into a lump

17. Put it on the cutting board and knead it slowly

18. Kneaded large dough

19. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

21. The hardness is OK, I have to continue kneading, it took me about 10 minutes
