How to make fish-flavored minced meat dumplings

7.2 After the dough is completed, cover it with a wet cloth and let it relax for half an hour. During the relaxation process, you can make dumpling fillings

8. Cut into small pieces

9. Sprinkle dry flour on the chopping board, flatten the small squeezing dough, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a round dough.

10. Take a small portion of the filling and put it into the dough

11. Fold it in half and pinch or create pleats.

12. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add dumplings after the water boils, add small portions of cold water twice, add more after the first boil, until the dumplings boil for the third time and float up, the dumplings are cooked
