1. Remove the shrimp thread, clean and drain.

3. If you don’t like red pepper, you don’t have to use it.

4. When steaming shrimps, put a lid on the bowl to prevent excessive steam from seeping in and affecting the taste, but the time should also be extended accordingly.

5. When steaming shrimps, the heat should not be too high and the time should not be too long, otherwise the meat will be overcooked.

Freshwater shrimp is warm in nature, sweet in taste, and slightly warm. It enters the liver and kidney meridians. It cannot be eaten with watermelon, pork, pumpkin, tomatoes, kiwis, lilies, cauliflower, and strong tea to avoid causing physical discomfort or poisoning.

Boil it into juice to treat wind and phlegm. Mash it into a paste and apply it to treat insect sores, which is effective. Those without whiskers or with a black belly, which turn white after cooking, are inedible.
