Beef and Tomato Dumplings

A beautiful and fulfilling childhood will inevitably affect a person's life, which has a promoting effect. In order to solve this problem, I will now teach you how to make beef and tomato dumplings.

1. Remove the fascia from the beef, wash and cut into cubes with a knife.

9. To peel the tomatoes, I usually use the fire-roasting method to peel the tomatoes.

10. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small cubes and place them in a bowl.

11. Dice the tomatoes and pour the juice into the minced beef.

12.1 Add diced tomatoes and mix well.

13.2 Stir vigorously to allow the beef to absorb the tomato juice. This will make the beef taste smoother and less dry, and prevent the stuffing from having too much soup.

14. Pour in two tablespoons of cooking oil, stir well, sprinkle in fine salt, and finally stir well. The meat filling is ready.

15. Take out the dough coated with sugar, and knead it vigorously to make it even and firm. This kind of dough can be used to make dumplings with thin skin and large fillings.

16. Roll the dough into thin strips and cut into small pieces as needed.

17. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into thin sheets. Because the dough is kneaded firmly, the dumpling skins can be rolled out very thinly without any worries.

18. Put the dumpling fillings in a lot so that it will be more enjoyable to eat.

19. Put the wrapped dumplings into the boiling water pot, put the spoon mouth downwards, and gently push the dumplings to prevent them from sticking to the bottom.

20. Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then add in cold water, open the lid and bring to a boil. Generally, adding cold water twice will suffice.

21. Delicious sour soup dumplings
