3.2 Chop the pork into minced meat, add cooking wine, June fresh soy sauce, minced ginger, and add appropriate amount of water according to the situation of the minced meat while stirring until it is smooth and not dry. Add 1.5 tablespoons of oil, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes. Soak the dried shrimps in warm water for 20 minutes (pour 1 teaspoon of cooking wine into the water)

4. Add the remaining tablespoon of oil, sesame oil and salt and mix well to make dumpling filling

5. Take out the dough, roll it into long strips, cut it into several small pieces, roll it into thin round skins, put the dumpling fillings on it, and squeeze it into dumplings.

6. Bring enough water to a boil in a pot, put the dumplings in after the water boils, stir along the edge of the pot to make the dumplings turn, cook until the dumplings float up, pour in a small bowl of cold water, cover the pot and continue to cook, boil again and pour in another small bowl of cold water, pour a total of three small bowls of cold water, and finally all the dumplings float up and swell, then you can take them out
