a. Heat the stove first, use an electric stove to 180 degrees, and use gas to heat on high heat for 3 minutes; then turn down the heat. b. After heating, use a brush to apply a thin layer of oil. Remember not to put too much oil, otherwise the takoyaki will taste too greasy. Drop a small amount of the prepared octopus ball paste into the round shape of the stove. c. Now you can pour the stirred meatball paste into the round hole of the mold about 3/4 full, then fill each portion of meatball paste with octopus cubes (about two to three cubes) and vegetables in appropriate amounts, and then pour a small amount of paste on them to cover the octopus cubes and vegetables. After heating for about 1 minute, you can see that the slurry poured in first will expand and overflow. At this time, you can use a bamboo stick to push the overflowing slurry back into the hole.

When you find that the slurry has separated from the model, you can quickly use steel paper to turn 180 degrees clockwise against the ball wall and draw a circle on the edge of the ball, then continue to grill the other side. (If you find that the slurry in the ball cavity is not enough to fill the ball mouth before the ball mouth turns to the bottom, you should add slurry into the ball cavity in time). When the whole octopus ball has expanded and become round, use a steel skewer to flip it over and grill it. Fill it with oil and fry it until golden brown to make the skin around the octopus ball more crispy.

d. Brush the dish with mixed sauce (barbecue sauce 1 + seafood sauce 3), pour salad dressing on it, sprinkle with fish powder, and sprinkle with nori powder or bonito flakes as required by the customer. Whether to add mustard sauce also depends on the customer's request. To summarize, pour octopus powder sauce on the stove, then put octopus cubes and vegetables, then add more octopus powder sauce, rotate it one circle to fix the shape, then rotate it again, and let the remaining gaps move downwards to form meatballs.
