Simple and delicious home cooking

As the saying goes, food is the most important thing for people. Chinese cuisine is mainly divided into eight major cuisines. Each cuisine has its own characteristics and different flavors. If you happen to have time at home, you can go to the vegetable market to buy some vegetables and make some famous dishes at home. You can get praise from your family and enjoy the fun of tasting delicious food. Next, I will introduce to you some simple and delicious home-cooked dishes.

Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs

Ingredients needed:

Pork ribs, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, water, onion and ginger

practice:

Wash the ribs. Put water in the pot, when the water boils, put the ribs in, and take them out after the water boils.

Prepare the sweet and sour sauce. The ratio of the sauce is 1:2:3:4:5: cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar water. You can use a spoon to measure it. The specific ratio of 1 is based on the number of ribs. Mine is two spoons of cooking wine, four spoons of soy sauce, six spoons of sugar, and so on.

Put oil, onion and ginger slices in the pot, then add the ribs and stir-fry.

Pour in the prepared juice! Add the right amount of salt! If there is not enough juice, add hot water!

Simmer over low heat until the sauce becomes thick, stir-fry for a while and serve.

Lotus root salad

Ingredients needed:

1 lotus root, 3 celery sticks, 10 water-soaked black fungus, 2 handfuls of peanuts, 3 spoons of soy sauce, 2 grams of salt, 2 spoons of rice vinegar, 1 spoon of sugar, some peppercorns, 2 chilies, some minced garlic

practice:

1. Soak the fungus, peel and slice the lotus root, remove the leaves of celery and wash them, and prepare the minced garlic.

2. Put water in the pot, then add black fungus and lotus root and cook for 2 minutes. After turning off the heat, add celery and remove after the celery changes color. Chop the celery into small pieces about 5 cm long.

3. Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, put the peanuts in the cold pot and oil, turn on low heat, fry until they change color, turn off the heat, pour out, sprinkle 1 gram of salt and mix well.

4. Add minced garlic, light soy sauce, salt, rice vinegar and sugar to the blanched lotus root, black fungus and celery and mix well.

5. Add a little oil to the pot, add the Sichuan peppercorns when the oil is hot and fry until fragrant, then filter out the Sichuan peppercorns. Add chili peppers while hot.

6. Pour the Sichuan pepper and chili oil over the vegetables and mix well.

7. Finally, pour in the fried peanuts and mix well.

Fried toothpick meat

Ingredients needed:

300g pork tenderloin, 2g salt, 2 spoons soy sauce, cumin powder, chili powder

practice:

1. Cut the tenderloin into small pieces less than 2 cm, add salt and light soy sauce and mix well.

2. Sprinkle appropriate amount of cumin powder and chili powder, mix well and marinate for about 20 minutes.

3. Put the marinated meat on the toothpicks. Usually one toothpick can hold two pieces, and one larger one can hold one piece.

4. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan and heat over medium-low heat. Add the toothpick meat and fry until it changes color.

4. Zucchini salad

Ingredients needed:

1 zucchini, 2 tablespoons sesame paste, 2 grams salt, a little mustard oil (optional), a little boiled water

practice:

1. Wash the zucchini and prepare the sesame paste.

2. Grate the zucchini into shreds.

3. Add salt and mix well.

4. Add a little boiled water to the sesame paste and let it drain. Stir in one direction until it is evenly drained. Add water little by little.

5. Add sesame paste to shredded zucchini and mix well.

6. Add mustard oil according to personal taste, or you can omit it, or replace it with pepper oil. Chili oil is also a good choice. But the original version is mustard oil.
