1. Mix all the ingredients for oily skin until smooth and soft, and relax for 30 minutes

3.2 Mix all the ingredients in the oil yellow evenly, the hardness should be similar to that of the oil skin

4.1 Roll the step 4 into a long strip and fold it 3 times in 3 layers.

5.2 Flatten the oil skin and wrap it in oil

6.1 Divide into 35g pieces and relax for 10 minutes

7.2 Mix all the ingredients in the filling

8. Roll out the dough again and wrap the filling with the seam facing downward.

9. Place on a baking tray, flatten lightly, and sprinkle sesame seeds on the surface

10. Bake at 160/180℃ for about 15 minutes. When the bottom is colored, turn the mooncake over and continue baking for about 15 minutes.
