Should I use cold or hot water to blanch chicken wings?

The chicken wings need to be boiled in hot water for about two minutes before being put into the pot. This will allow the chicken wings to be half-cooked. You don’t have to worry about blood or bloody smell when cooking. The nutritional value of chicken wings is very high. Lazy method: one kilogram of chicken wings, a can of Coke, and half a can of soy sauce. Put them together in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for half an hour. No other ingredients need to be added, a little bit of oil, add star anise and sauté until fragrant, then add chicken wings, and after the wings change color, pour in cola, which should basically cover the wings. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes (10 minutes is also fine), then turn to high heat until the cola is basically evaporated and only a layer of thick sauce remains. Then serve on a plate and start eating! Tips for being lazy: You can completely skip the star anise and even the salt. Only cola and chicken wings are necessary.
