Spicy lamb hotpot recipe

9. Put the blanched bean curd sheets into the hot pot as a base.

10. Add salt, pepper and chicken stock into the lamb chops pot and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

11. When the lamb chops are well-seasoned, pour them into the hot pot, turn on a low heat on the induction cooker and eat the hot lamb while it cooks.
