18. After rolling it into a circle, cut off the remaining part so that the sushi roll will not be too big and you can eat one in one bite. You can also leave it uncut.

19. After firmly grasping it with the sushi mat, remove the plastic wrap.

20. Evenly spread the fried white sesame seeds.

21. Dip the knife in cold boiled water and cut into sections.

22. Squeeze on Thousand Island dressing and use the remaining rice to make other types of sushi.
