Lemon Chocolate Cake Roll Recipe

1.1 Line the baking tray with baking paper, pour the batter into the baking tray, smooth it with a spatula, and shake it a few times to remove bubbles.

2.2 Add salad oil and milk and beat until the oil and water are blended, add egg yolk, 20 grams of fine sugar, add lemon grains and continue beating, add flour, and stir evenly without particles. Add egg whites three times and add 60 grams of sugar and beat until ninety percent. Add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk paste and mix well, then add two-thirds of the egg whites and mix well.

3. Preheat the oven to 160℃ and bake on the middle layer for about 30 minutes.

4. Take it out, turn it upside down on the baking rack, tear off the baking paper, let it warm, put a clean baking paper underneath, with the original baking surface facing up, and spread the chocolate sauce on it.

5. Place a rolling pin on one end of the oil paper, lift the rolling pin and the oil paper with both hands, and roll it forward. After rolling, wrap it with the oil paper and let it set for 10 minutes before unwrapping. (I forgot to take a picture of this, I used this grape roll on top)

6. Let cool and cut into pieces
