Method 3 Prepare the ingredients: appropriate amount of honey, 1.5 liters of water, 20 grams of jelly, appropriate amount of blueberries, one kiwi, half a red dragon fruit, and one yellow peach. After the water boils, pour it into a clean pot, add 20 grams of ice powder, and stir evenly in a clockwise direction until it is completely dissolved. Let it cool and freeze, then put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours and cut it into small pieces with a knife. Cut the fruit into small pieces and put them together with the ice jelly for later use. Mix three tablespoons of boiled water and honey to make sugar water. Pour in the honey juice and mix well. 4. Method 4 Make the brown sugar water well. Add more brown sugar according to your preference if you like it sweet, or less if you are afraid of getting fat. After soaking, refrigerate. Follow the instructions on the ice powder package to determine how many bowls of water are needed for one packet of ice powder. Just boil a few bowls of water in a pot. Pour a packet of ice powder into a container and pour it directly into the water after it boils. Stir with chopsticks until the ice powder water is completely transparent and there are no obvious lumps. After the ice jelly is formed and the water is cool, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Take out the ice jelly, scoop it into small pieces with a small spoon, then add refrigerated brown sugar water, and a bowl of delicious and refreshing ice jelly is ready.
