7. Bake at 210 degrees on the middle layer for about 20 minutes.

8. After it’s done, let it cool down, take a pointed nozzle (I use a long pointed nozzle specially for filling), put the filling in a piping bag, and insert it from the butt of the puff. Pour the filling into it and serve.
