6. Use a 1cm round piping nozzle to squeeze into the baking pan, and use a fork dipped in water to flatten the pointed protrusions on the surface of the batter to smooth the surface of the puff batter.

7. Bake at 210 degrees on the middle layer for about 20 minutes.

8. After it’s done, let it cool down, take a pointed nozzle (I use a long pointed nozzle specially for filling), put the filling in a piping bag, and insert it from the butt of the puff. Pour the filling into it and serve.
