How to make tomato toast

1.Cut the tomatoes into pieces, add a small amount of water, and blend them in a blender.

2. Add all ingredients except butter into a blender and knead until a smooth dough forms. Add softened butter and knead until well combined.

3. Allow to ferment for about an hour until it doubles in size.

4. Release the air, divide the dough into three equal portions, roll into balls, and let them rest for 15 minutes.

5. Shape the dough into an oval shape, turn it over, press the bottom edge to make it thinner, fold 1/3 inward on each side, and then roll it up from top to bottom.

6. Allow the mold to ferment for the second time until it is 80% full. Brush the surface with egg liquid. Preheat the oven to 350F/180 degrees, place on the middle layer, and bake for about 40 minutes.
