1. Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and knead until they are slightly expanded.

2. Add butter, knead the dough until it can be pulled into a large thin film, then place it in a warm place to ferment until it is three times larger.

3. Press the fermented dough to release the air, divide it into three equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and relax for about 30 minutes

4. Take a piece of relaxed dough and roll it into an oval strip.

5. Gently pull the dough from top to bottom and roll it into a cylinder, press lightly to close the edge, and relax for 15 minutes

6. Roll out the dough again and repeat step 5.

7. Put the dough into the toast mold with the seam facing down, make the dough one by one, and place it in a warm and humid place for the final fermentation

8. Finally, let the toast rise to 80% full (about 4 hours), and brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface.

9. Put it in the preheated oven, bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes, take it out and tap the mold to demould.
