Tomato Chicken Patties

1. Prepare the ingredients

4. Crack the eggs into a bowl and set aside

5. Stir well.

6. Place the minced chicken in the bowl with beaten eggs. Add chicken stock and a little salt and mix well

7. Add cornstarch and stir.

8. Use your hands to evenly mix and squeeze out the chicken into balls.

10. Add oil to the pot. The oil temperature is four-tenths hot.

11. Heat the oil until it is 70% hot, put the chicken patties in the pan, and use a small spoon or your hands to squeeze out the balls.

12. After adding the oil, fry slowly over medium heat.

13. Use chopsticks to turn the chicken patties over so that the other side can also be colored.

14. When both sides are fried and colored, take them out and set aside

15. Oil for frying chicken. No need to drop it. Pour the tomato sauce directly into the pot and add a little cooking wine, salt, sugar and white vinegar.

16. Place the chicken patties in the pan.

17. Shake the pot. Let the chicken patties color evenly and wait until the juice is almost reduced. Just thicken.

18. It’s out of the pot. Serve on your favorite plate.
