How to make wheat-flavored whole grain toast

1.1 Take out the dough, pat it to release the air, divide it into 3 equal parts, roll it into balls and relax it for 10-15 minutes

2.2 Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead them into a dough (put the yeast and sugar separately) until there is no powder. Then continue to knead the dough until it expands and a thin film can be pulled out. Put the dough in a large bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it ferment for the first time for about 45-60 minutes. Wait until the dough becomes twice as large, insert your finger into the center of the dough, if it does not shrink, it proves that the fermentation is complete.

3. Flatten the dough again to release the air and roll it into a ball. Place it with the seam facing down into a buttered toast pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for the second time for about 45-60 minutes (until 70% full).

4. Put the fermented dough into a preheated oven at 200-220 degrees and bake for about 20-25 minutes. After baking, immediately spread a layer of butter on the bread. Take the bread out of the pan and place it on a rack to cool.
