2.2 Soak the instant dry yeast and some warm milk to activate them, mix all the ingredients in A, beat until gluten forms, then add unsalted butter in B and beat until fully beaten. 4.2 Divide the two doughs into two equal parts, deflate, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let ferment for about 15 minutes

5. Roll the matcha dough into a rectangle (smaller than the white dough) and cover it on top of step 4. Sprinkle the matcha dough with sweetened red beans.

6.Roll the dough from bottom to top into a tube shape. Pinch the seal tightly (also pinch the left and right seams tightly), put the seal down into the toast mold brushed with unsalted butter (extra amount), and let it ferment for the final time.

7. The final fermentation temperature is 38℃, about 60 minutes

8. Put the fermented dough (brush the surface of the 1-pound toast mold with egg liquid after fermentation) into the preheated oven and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes
