Roll it up naturally (don’t roll it too tight), then put it into a toast box for fermentation. 5. When it is 90% full, it is done (my toast box has a lid), then preheat the oven to 180 degrees for five minutes. When the red tube turns black, it is preheated. Then cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. If you are worried that it is not cooked through, insert a chopstick into the center. If it is not burnt, it is cooked. 6. Take it out with anti-scalding gloves, pour it on the chopping board, and let it cool naturally. 7. The toast is ready with a golden appearance. It is soft and fluffy inside, with the aroma of milk and the sour and sweet taste of cranberry. It is especially delicious. People usually don’t cook because they are busy or don’t know how to cook.
