Friends are made through getting along with each other, and in the process of becoming friends, visiting each other’s homes is naturally inevitable. 1.1 Peel and wash the loofah, cut into dice-shaped pieces and set aside.

2.2 Chop the white meat into small cubes and mince the garlic for later use.

3.1 When the white meat turns golden brown, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

4.2 Heat the wok over high heat and add the white meat.

5. Pour in the chopped loofah.

6. Keep stir-frying until the loofah becomes soft and cooked.

7. Add salt and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.

8. Remove from the pot and serve on a plate. You can enjoy it. The loofah is sweet and refreshing, and the juice is especially delicious when mixed with rice.
