Honey black sesame bread recipe

7. Squeeze out the air from the fermented dough, divide it into the required number of portions, and let it relax for 15 minutes.

8. Reshape into a round shape and place on a baking tray to let the sugar rise again.

9. Let the sugar-fermented bread dough ferment until it is twice as large.

10. Brush the fermented bread dough with egg liquid and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 180° for 18 minutes.

11. The baked bread has a delicate and sweet taste and a strong milky flavor. It is very delicious.
