How to make fried jellyfish and chicken

Pour in the vegetable oil and heat it until it is 40% hot (the oil temperature is about 90℃, there is no blue smoke or sound on the surface, and the oil surface is calm).

9.1 Then, use a slotted spoon to scoop out the filtered oil.

10.2 Pour in the battered chicken breast shreds and fry until cooked through and white.

11. Leave 10 grams of vegetable oil in the original pot, heat it on high heat, add chopped green onion, minced ginger, and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

12. Add carrots and green pepper shreds and stir-fry.

13. Add the cooked shredded chicken.

14. Add chicken broth, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and salt and bring to a boil, then add MSG to adjust the salty and fresh taste.

15. Thicken with water starch.

16. Add the blanched jellyfish skin shreds.

17. Drizzle with sesame oil, stir-fry evenly, and serve on a plate.
