5.2 Ferment again until 2-3 times larger

6. Take a piece of dough and roll it flat and long.

7. Turn over and roll up

8. Make them one by one, put them in a baking tray, place them in a warm place, cover them with plastic wrap, and let them ferment for about 40 minutes until they are twice as large (you can brush them with egg liquid at this time, but I didn’t)

9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle layer, and bake for 20 minutes
