Sweet and spicy noodle sauce

Material

100g bean paste, 100g peanut butter, 200g sweet noodle sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, pepper, rock sugar, minced garlic, minced green onion, 30g chopped dried red pepper, balsamic vinegar

practice

1. Chop the bean curd into puree and put it into a bowl together with peanut butter, sweet bean sauce and oyster sauce, and stir to form a mixture.

2. Heat a pot and pour in plenty of oil. First add minced garlic, chopped green onion and chili and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour the mixture into the pot and use a low heat to gradually stir it evenly with a spatula. Do not stir or stir-fry, but mix slowly and evenly.

3. Wait until small bubbles appear evenly in the pot, then add pepper powder and rock sugar and mix well. After natural cooling, put it into bottles and seal them.

Sweet noodle sauce

Material

10 ml oil, 200 g flour, 30 g soy sauce, 50 g sugar

practice

1. Heat a wok and add a little oil. When it is 50% hot, add flour, stir well, add soy sauce, and a small amount of water (if the soy sauce is salty, you don’t need to add salt. If you are afraid it is too bland, add less salt)

2. Then put the sugar in and wait for it to melt before serving. The sauce can be used to stir-fry twice-cooked pork, stir-fried meat with mixed sauces, etc. You can eat it however you want, it’s delicious anyway!

Tips

1. When making the sauce, do not stir or fry it, but mix it slowly and evenly. When evenly distributed small bubbles appear in the pot and the aroma is everywhere, add in white sugar and mix well.

2. The sauce is bright red and has a mellow flavor. After it has cooled naturally, put it into bottles and make sure to seal them tightly.
