10. Let it stand for about 1-2 minutes, the small bubbles will gradually disappear, no need to sift, and the egg tart liquid is ready;

11. Pour the egg tart liquid into the thawed egg tart crust until it is 70% to 80% full;

12. Of course, you can also add your favorite fruits; if you add fruits, you can pour less egg tart liquid, put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, upper and lower fire, 220 degrees, 15 minutes;

13. In the last 1-2 minutes, you can observe the egg tarts in the oven and take them out of the oven depending on the color of the egg tarts to avoid burning them;

14. It is so delicious and the color is beautiful too;

15. It tastes very tender and smooth.
