4.1 Mix a small portion of egg white foam with the egg yolk batter

5.2 After mixing the egg yolk liquid, add the sifted flour and mix evenly (note here, mix from bottom to top, do not over-mix)

6. Add the remaining egg white foam and mix well

7. Pour onto a baking tray lined with tin foil

8. Spread it as evenly as possible, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake in the middle layer for about 20 minutes

9. After baking, tear off the bottom tin foil, replace with a new piece of baking paper, roll up the cake and cut it into pieces.
