1. Fry black sesame seeds in a dry pan over low heat until fragrant

15. Pour into a baking tray lined with baking paper

16. Bake at 140 degrees for 35 minutes on the middle layer

17. Remove from oven and turn upside down for 1 minute

18. Remove the wax paper

19. Cut off the corners (optional)

20. Roll up while hot and cut after it cools down
