1. Soften the butter in advance, add powdered sugar and beat slightly.

I directly cut out the model with cardboard, then placed the paper mold on the dough and carved it out with a knife).

6. Place the carved cookie dough on a baking tray lined with tin foil or greaseproof paper.

7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, turn on the upper and lower fire, put it in the middle layer, and bake for about 10 minutes.

8.Sieve the powdered sugar.

9. Add egg whites and beat with an electric whisk.

10. Add lemon juice while beating.

11. Adjust until it slides down like a ribbon.

12. Divide the prepared frosting into the required number of portions, add various required pigments to the frosting and mix well, then put it into a piping bag and cut the required slits.

13. Make any decorations you like on the cookies.
