How to make peanut chocolate

1. Nuts are all cooked. If they are raw nuts, you can use the oven to bake them crispy.

2. Grind into coarse particles, some intact nuts may remain inside

3. Pour the light cream, sugar and maltose in the filling into a small milk pot

4. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly

5. As the bubbles grow bigger, keep stirring and turn down the heat.

6. Continue stirring until some big bubbles start to form

7. It is getting thicker and the color is getting darker

8. Turn off the heat when the liquid heats to about 120 degrees and the color changes to milk tea color

9. Add the ground nuts immediately

10. After mixing well, pour into a container with 15% peanut chocolate and 15% butter.

11. After more than 1 hour, the shape is fixed and taken out

12. Cut into small pieces. I cut mine a little too big, so I cut them into 1cm peanut chocolate, 2cm peanut chocolate, and 0.8cm small pieces. There are about 50 pieces.

13. Put the whipped cream from the chocolate outer layer into a small milk pan and heat until it bubbles slightly.

14. Turn off the heat, add the chocolate cubes and stir to melt

15. Add butter and stir until melted

16. Cool down (refrigerate in hot weather) for about 2 hours

17. Take a small piece of chocolate with your hands and wrap it around the nougat

18. All done. It's not intentional to make it so handmade, it's just that the chocolate is too sticky.
