How to make eggplant sauce

Dinner has always been an important meal of the day for Chinese people. After a busy day, going home to enjoy delicious food in the evening is the motivation for a busy day. 1. Dice the eggplant and pork, and chop the green onions.

2. Mix the sweet noodle sauce and soybean paste evenly and set aside.
