How to make Fujian-Zhejiang style drunken spareribs

1. Wash the ribs, cut them into sections, drain the water and put them in a bowl. Add dry starch and an egg and mix well for later use.

2. Put 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chicken powder, and 2 teaspoons of salt in a small bowl and mix well to make "drunk sauce".

3. Pour oil into the pan and heat it to 60%, then add the ribs coated with batter and fry them on low heat for about 15 minutes. When the ribs turn golden brown, switch to high heat and fry them to make the outer layer crispier. Remove from the pan and drain the oil. Pour into a small bowl of "drunken sauce", turn it over a few times, marinate for 10 minutes and serve. The unique drunken ribs are ready. Let's enjoy the delicious taste together.
