8. Apply a layer of oil on the surface, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for later use (you can also fry it directly at this time, but I use it for breakfast so I keep it in the refrigerator)

9. The next morning, take out the dough that has been refrigerated overnight, apply oil on the panel and your hands.

10. Take out the dough and place it on the panel, and use your hands to shape it into long strips.

11. Spread an appropriate amount of pepper and oil on the surface, cut into small even pieces with an oiled knife, put two small pieces together, and press them in the middle with chopsticks (I didn’t cut them evenly, so I used a lot of fried pancakes later, and the dough was too soft and not very good)

12. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil reaches 180 degrees, put the dough sticks in and fry them. Turn them over while frying to make sure they are heated evenly. It will take about one minute for one dough stick to be cooked (I used a very small pan to save oil, hehe)

13. When we were frying the pancakes, I didn’t take many photos because my hands were too sticky.
